The room was spacious and airy, providing enough storage for clothes. The service was accommodating, with the option to store luggage after checkout. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including a coffee machine with multiple choices.
The beds were uncomfortably hard, resulting in a less than satisfactory night's sleep.

The hotel's location was excellent, with many sightseeing spots in New Town within walking distance. It was also close to the nightlife, convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided had a good variety of options.

Friendly staff, convenient location near tram stop. Clean, spacious room with comfortable bed and large windows. Bathroom equipped with hair dryer and well-lit mirror. Balconies available for smokers. Quiet room despite busy street. 24hr reception.
